DESCRIPTION:

Brookmount Explorations Inc. was incorporated in Nevada on December 9, 1999. It is an exploration stage Company which was organized for the purpose of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. It is the beneficial owner of a 100% interest in the Mercedes 100 property, which consists of seven mineral claims. The Company has one subsidiary which is a shell Company incorporated in Peru under the name Brookmount Explorations, Inc. The Property is located within the Central Cordillera of the Peruvian Andes in rugged terrain typical of the Andean highlands. Over fifteen distinct mineralized structures have been discovered on the Property; several of which are characterized by elevated metal contents. It competes with other companies for financing and joint venture partners and exploration resources including professional geologists, camp staff, and mineral exploration supplies. Exploration activities are subject to various national, state, foreign and local laws and regulations in Peru, which govern prospecting, development, mining, production, exports, taxes, labor standards, occupational health, waste disposal, protection of the environment, mine safety, hazardous substances, and other matters.
